The following Laws were adopted:
1. "On Amendments to the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine." The legislative act is harmonized pursuant to the Constitution of Ukraine from 28 June 1996.
2. "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine." The Law states that the Government consists of the Prime Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister, three Deputy Prime Ministers and Ministers of Ukraine. The document also envisages that the personnel of the newly formed Cabinet of Ministers shall be appointed by the President as advised by the Prime Minister. The offices of the Cabinet of Ministers belong to the political offices not subject to the laws on labour and state service.
3. "Transitional and Final Provisions "of Chapter XI of the Law of Ukraine "On Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" that introduce the amendments and supplements to a number of effective legislative acts to harmonize them with the present effective Constitution
4. "On Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Police Office on Strategic Cooperation." According to the Agreement, signed on December 4, 2009, Ukraine authorizes the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to act as a national contact point between the European Police Office (Europol) and other competent bodies of Ukraine.
5. "On Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova on Cooperation in the Provision of Rights of Persons representing National Minorities." Under the Agreement, the Parties cooperate on the principles of equity, reciprocity, and consideration of interests of both states in the provision of the right for free development of the national minorities residing in their territories.
6. "On Ratification of the Protocol between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Exclusion from the Free Trade Regime to the Agreement of Free Trade between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Moldova of November 13, 2003." The Law excludes several types of goods mentioned by the Protocol from the free trade regime in the relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.
7. "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on Trade and Economic Cooperation." According to the Agreement, the Contractual Parties shall promote and facilitate relations between individuals and legal entities of the respective states by arranging the visits of delegations and organizing business meetings; organizing fairs, exhibitions and information exchange; promoting opening of representative offices of the foreign economic organizations, companies, banks and other commercial institutions in the territories of the respective states in accordance with the national legislation.
8. "On Ratification of the Protocol between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia on Free Trade of January 9, 1995."
9. "On Amendments to Clause 6 of the Law "On Payment Systems and Transfer of Money in Ukraine." For the period of holding the Final Part of the European Football Championship 2012, the Law authorizes the banks to open checking accounts to the Union of European Football Associations.
10. "On Amendments to the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" (re Arrangement of Conditions to prevent Technical Defaults on Bonds). The bill supplements Clause 8 of the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" that regulates the legal categories of the companies? bonds with provisions that entitle the companies´ obligors to prolong the circulation period and maturity of securities.
The following Resolutions were passed:
1. "On putting the Bill "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine" (re Regular Elections of the President of Ukraine, People's Deputies of Ukraine, Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea, Regional, District, City, Village and Township Councils, and City, Township and Village Mayors" on the Agenda of the Seventh Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation.
2. "On Implementation of the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of 30 September 2010 No20-рп/2010 regarding compliance of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine of 8 December 2004 No2222-IV" with the Constitution of Ukraine."
3. "On the Parliamentary Hearings regarding the Situation of Youth in Ukraine "Youth for Healthy Lifestyle" on November 3, 2010.
4. "On the Parliamentary Hearings on Youth and Children Recreation on February 9, 2011".
Several resolutions on dismissal and appointment of judges were passed.
